Gantry has arranged $83,000,000 in construction and $80,000,000 in permanent financing for a 155,000 square foot, LEED Gold, office complex leased by the U.S. Government in Kapolei, Hawaii.

The Gantry financing team, headed by Principal George Mitsanas, along with Associate Vice President Peter Hillakas, Principal Mark Ritchie and Vice President James Dick, arranged the financing with a correspondent lender. Both the construction and permanent loans will be serviced by Gantry. Specific terms of the financing were not disclosed.
