Demetri M. Koston and George H. Mitsanas, both of Gantry, arranged the financing on behalf of one of its correspondent life insurance company lenders. Specific terms of the loan were not disclosed. Over the years, Gantry has arranged financing for a wide variety of office properties throughout the nation.
