Gantry has arranged long term, fixed rate, permanent financing in the amount of $3,625,000 for the 23,578 square foot retail/office building located at 939 4th Avenue in downtown San Diego. The property is situated at the gateway to San Diego’s Gaslamp District on 4th Avenue near its intersection with Broadway and faces Horton Square.
James Dick, a Vice President of Gantry, arranged the refinance loan through one of Gantry’s life insurance company correspondents. The loan has a 25 year term and amortization and was funded at an amount equal to 71% of appraised value.
