Adam Parker, a Vice President in Gantry’s Phoenix office, arranged the financing through one of its correspondent life insurance company lenders. The subject property is a 34,500 square foot, single-story retail center that was 92 percent occupied at closing. The center enjoys excellent access and visibility along Baseline Road, one of Mesa’s busiest thoroughfares.
