Mitsanas, a Principal of Gantry along with Associate Vice Presidents Monique Monzon and Peter Hillakas, arranged the financing on behalf of one of its servicing correspondents. Specific terms of the loan were not disclosed. The property is a 600,000 square foot, 27 story, Class A office tower located in the heart of Los Angeles’ premier office submarket, Century City. Over the years, Mr. Mitsanas has arranged over $200,000,000 of financing for this asset.
