SAN JOSE, CA – Gantry has arranged financing in the amount of $8,500,000 secured by a 112,151 SF flex office space consisting of five, one-story buildings located in the North San Jose submarket of Silicon Valley. Mitch Zeemont, Principal, and Darija Walker, Associate, in Gantry’s San Francisco office, arranged the non-recourse, 15-year term, 25-year amortization with one of Gantry’s correspondent relationships. Pricing and other terms were not disclosed.
