Gantry has arranged permanent financing in the amount of $26,500,000 for an Embassy Suites Hotel in Phoenix, AZ.   Patrick Barkley, a Principal of Gantry located in the Phoenix office, arranged the financing through a CMBS lender. The subject is a 229-all suite hotel that features a four-story courtyard corridor and resort style pool.   Financing was provided through one of Gantry’s CMBS lending relationships.
