Gantry has arranged acquisition financing in the amount of $25,000,000 for a newly constructed 235,000 square foot office building that is 100% occupied by Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Georgia as a call center. The property is located in Columbus, GA. The maturity of the loan term is co-terminus with Blue Cross’s lease maturity in September 2025 with a nominal balloon payment at maturity.
