Gantry has arranged permanent financing in the amount of $1,000,000 for a 15,750 square foot portion of a Ralph’s anchored retail center located in Grass Valley, California.
Gantry has arranged permanent financing in the amount of $1,000,000 for a 15,750 square foot portion of a Ralph’s anchored retail center located in Grass Valley, California. The 15,750 square feet are occupied by AutoZone, Blockbuster, Port of Subs and Launderland.
Terri Slocombe, a Principal in Gantry’s San Francisco office, arranged the financing for the borrower through one of Gantry’s correspondent life insurance companies. Gantry will service the loan, which was fixed for 15 years with a 15 year amortization period. Other terms and conditions were not disclosed.
