Hans Siebert is a founding Principal of Gantry; in 1989 he formed the first of several predecessor companies which eventually became Gantry. In 1979 he was hired by Coldwell Banker and moved to Seattle from New York. In 1988 he was their top real estate finance producer nationwide with revenues that would be extraordinary today.
At the end of a successful five-year stretch running Pacific Eastern Real Estate Group, Inc. he was offered a correspondent relationship with TIAA, subject to arranging acceptable servicing. A return to CBRE solved this issue until it purchased a servicer unacceptable to TIAA. Churchill Real Estate, Inc. was the result in 1996; it’s personnel became Newmark ten years later and now Gantry.
Through the good years and the bad Hans has arranged several billion dollars of financing, joint ventures, and sales.
