He has been in the commercial mortgage industry since 2005. Craig began in the private lending sector where he specialized in providing short term loan opportunities for investors seeking to reposition and add value to assets. It was natural progression from the private sector to working with clients seeking financing for stabilized assets. Craig takes pride in developing long term client relations and believes the best path to a successful loan closing is providing factual details in real time.
