DEBT ADVISORY

Gantry selectively represents borrowers in the specialized practice of modification, extension or discounted payoff of CMBS loans. Special servicer relationships and access are leveraged through Gantry’s primary servicing function.

ACQUISITION BROKERAGE & NOTE SALES

While Gantry does not “list” properties for sale, Gantry selectively acts as both a principal and a broker in situations where we can utilize our relationships to facilitate our clients’ acquisition requirements.

CONSULTING
