Tom is a Senior Director in Gantry’s Upstate New York office. Since 2003, he has originated over $2 billion in transactions, working directly with correspondent life insurance companies, agency lenders, regional financial sources, debt funds, and Wall Street conduit lenders. Tom has extensive experience providing financing for all commercial real estate and multifamily asset types.
Before joining Gantry, Tom was part of the Rose Hill Group team, which merged with the firm in 2019. His career includes roles at GMAC Commercial Mortgage, M&T Bank, and Marine Midland, where he focused on underwriting and lending for commercial real estate.
Tom earned both a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management and a master’s degree in Finance from Canisius University. He holds a New York State Real Estate Brokers License and serves as the sole Western New York representative on the New York State Board of Real Estate, helping shape legislation for real estate professionals across the state.
Beyond his professional affiliations, Tom is deeply involved in his community. He has served as Chairman of the Town Planning Board in Lockport, NY, for over a decade and mentors upperclassmen at the Wehle School of Business at Canisius University. He also enjoys building stage sets for the local school district’s theatre productions. A lifelong resident of Lockport, Tom lives with his wife and three daughters and spends his free time woodworking.
