Skip Slavin, Senior Director, joined Gantry in early 2011 following a 14 year career at Seattle Mortgage. During his career, he has been a top originator of both construction and permanent loans on behalf of his correspondent lenders. Previously, Skip worked for a successful regional developer and operator of multi-family properties in the western United States. During his tenure, he was responsible for equity and tax-exempt bond financing as well as the acquisition and development of new properties for the company.

Skip received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington with an emphasis in finance. In addition, he has completed several well-recognized industry seminars, including the University of Washington Commercial Real Estate Certificate Program.
