Rulin Dai is an Associate in Gantry’s St. Louis office where she provides support with debt originations. She is responsible for analyzing mortgage loans for all types of commercial real estate transactions.

Prior to Gantry, Rulin served as Loan Analyst at  Q10 | Triad, where she provided support for commercial real estate deals. In this role she administered the closing process by conducting market research, coordinating due diligence, and preparing investment packages.

Rulin is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis where she has a Masters of Science degree in Finance.
