Rebecca Lopez is the Operations Manager for  Gantry whose primary role is to support the day-to-day operations of the Corporate team including recruiting and hiring processes, banking transactions, monitoring lease and contract negotiations, and event planning to ensure efficient and exceptional standards are maintained. She works collaboratively with the servicing and production departments. She manages the San Francisco office and facilities to promote workplace safety, including emergency preparedness as well as plan administration for healthcare benefits. Her efforts to promote company training and education requires her to find opportunities for staff at conferences, seminars, and programs. She plans company events evoking a supportive work culture.

Rebecca is a native San Franciscan and has kept her heart in San Francisco where she supports organizations that embrace revitalization initiatives that major cities are challenged with to build and provide better communities. She is an advocate for small businesses as collectively they contribute to the beauty and diversity of the North Bay Area.  During her spare time, she devotes and volunteers as a mentor for special needs adaptive skill training, preps for “Meals on Wheels” and “Harvest Food” programs.  She enjoys gardening and would like to tackle golf and pickleball.

Prior to joining Gantry in 2021, Rebecca’s career history for over 15 years was in the legal industry that specializes in real estate, construction defect, insurance defense and estate and financial planning where she was instrumental for the law firms’ growth and continued success. She also worked for San Francisco’s largest privately-owned property management company and real estate developer encompassing a mixed portfolio  of commercial, retail, and residential properties where she set up effective policies and procedures. She spear-headed their in-house legal department by actively participating in Rent Board Hearings. Her relentless dedication and efforts resulted in record high occupancy and record low delinquency rates.
