Lynn Richards is a Closing Director for Gantry based in Seattle, Washington.  Lynn joined Gantry in October, 2012.  Her areas of responsibility include loan administration and closing of acquisitions, construction, modifications and refinance for over 30 life companies and CMBS lenders.  She closes loans for all of Gantry's markets.  Lynn's 34 years of experience in the real estate industry has added to Gantry's success in providing exceptional closing experiences for all parties in the transactions and working with Gantry's group of producers, closers and servicers to provide the strongest possible customer service.

Previously, Lynn worked for Weyerhaeuser Realty Capital as the Closing Manager for 7 years and prior to that, for GE Capital (Genworth Financial) as a Senior Closer for 15 years.

Lynn is originally from Michigan, has two grown children and has lived in the Seattle area for 35 years.
