Ken Gwynn joined Gantry in 2003 and serves as the Operations Director in San Francisco. As the Operations Director, Ken is responsible for several aspects of business operations, including managing Information Technology, Human Resources and aspects of Corporate Accounting for the firm. Ken works with his team to create and maintain a corporate culture where people feel respected and acknowledged. He works directly with employees and partners to strategically align organizational goals that make Gantry an ideal workplace. Using his experience and expertise with technology, Ken has implemented systems that have achieved or exceeded Gantry’s operational, production and servicing goals. Ken has strived to create and maintain efficiencies that all his colleagues benefit from. Prior to joining Gantry, Ken worked as an underwriter in Los Angeles at a national bank, focused primarily on multi-family properties.
Originally from New York City, Ken graduated from the University of California, Davis, with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development.
Outside of Gantry, Ken is active in his local community, volunteering for nonprofit organizations and serving as a board member. Ken's hobbies include traveling and enjoying delicious cuisine around the world.
