Joe Monteleone is a Principal in Gantry’s St. Louis office. Joe has over 30 years of experience in the commercial mortgage business in the St. Louis area. He has been personally responsible for over $3 billion of debt and equity placements for commercial and multifamily real estate.

Prior to Gantry, Joe served as Manager of the St. Louis office for Q10 | Triad. His primary responsibilities included individual production, lender relations and monitoring the origination and placement activities of the St. Louis production staff.

Joe has lived in the St. Louis area since childhood and has spent his entire business career in the city. Joe attended the University of Missouri at St. Louis, majoring in Music and Business. He has completed various appraisal courses and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Missouri.
