Joe Gregg is Senior Director in Gantry’s Kansas City office. He is responsible for placing debt and equity for a variety of commercial and multifamily real estate investments with multiple lending sources including life companies, agencies, conduits, banks and other financial institutions.

Prior to Gantry, Joe was Senior Loan Producer in the Kansas City office of Q10 | Triad, where he started in 2012 as a loan analyst. Previously, Joe was a sales professional with three international insurance brokers.

Born in Kansas City, Joe is a 2000 graduate of the University of Kansas with a business degree and has an MBA in Finance from Rockhurst University. He is on the Auxiliary Board of Children’s Mercy Hospital and is a board member of the Bacchus Foundation.
