Joe Foley is an Associate in Gantry’s San Francisco headquarters office, where he provides support with debt originations. Since joining Gantry in April 2023, Joe has worked with multiple originators analyzing and closing mortgage loans and equity investments for various types of commercial real estate transactions. He is responsible for underwriting potential deals, conducting market research, preparing investment packages, and coordinating due diligence to help administer the closing process.

Joe Foley graduated from Santa Clara University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He played for the varsity basketball team and was an active member of Sigma Chi and the Real Estate Association. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and staying active through working out. This past year, Joe accomplished his first Half Ironman and participated in the swim to Alcatraz.
