Jessica Winston is a Senior Portfolio Manager in Gantry’s Kansas City office. She is responsible for communicating with Borrowers and Lenders within the portfolio, reviewing and analyzing property financials, conducting property inspections, completing Lender compliance reports, and managing the reporting of insurance and property taxes.

Prior to Gantry, Jessica was Principal and Vice President at Q10 | Triad Capital Advisors since 2003. In this role, she managed the servicing department with overall responsibility for administration of the company’s $1.3 billion loan servicing portfolio. Jessica previously served as a servicing analyst, a loan analyst and a financial analyst at the same firm.

Jessica is a 2003 graduate of Creighton University with a B.S. in Business Administration.
