Evan is a Portfolio Manager in Gantry’s Phoenix, Arizona office.  He is responsible for conducting market research, analyzing property financials and insurance, and reviewing loan documents to optimize portfolio performance and mitigate risks. In this role, Evan maintains regular communication with our borrowers and addresses any questions and concerns they may have. In this capacity, Evan manages the portfolios for four life insurance companies, totaling over 250 loans and $800MM in current loan balances.

Evan started his career with Gantry in 2019 as Loan Administrator, transitioning to Portfolio Manager in 2021.

A graduate of W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, Evan has a degree in Business Administration and Management with a minor in Real Estate. During his time at Arizona State University, Evan was on the Dean’s List and was the recipient of the New American University Scholarship, a merit-based achievement. Beyond his professional endeavors, Evan enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and has a private pilot license.
