Eric began his real estate career as a designer, training in landscape architecture and site planning at UC Berkeley. After a few years of practice in urban design, he attended the Wharton School of Business, where he specialized in Real Estate Finance.
After receiving his MBA, Eric worked as a commercial mortgage banker in the 1980’s, then as a developer in the 1990’s building office and industrial properties before returning to commercial mortgage banking in the early days of Gantry.
