Caleb Coffman is a Special Projects Director in Gantry’s Portland office.  Caleb manages projects for the production team, assists in data management, develops, trains, and administers Gantry’s CRM, company resources, and producer tools.  His leadership training, lean coaching, project management, and experience with automation is instrumental to implementing process efficiencies, connecting programs, and data visibility. In addition, Caleb develops and leads Gantry’s summer college internship program, ensuring a rewarding and educational experience for select future industry professionals.

Over more than 20 years, Caleb has been involved in various aspects of Commercial Real Estate. He has experience working in corporate real estate leasing, mortgage analysis, underwriting, closing, and servicing and asset management.

Caleb is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Real Estate and Urban Analysis.  He is a Columbus, Ohio native, has coached high school wrestling for nearly 20 years, and resides in Portland with his wife and two children.
