Bonnie Monteleone is a Senior Associate in Gantry’s St. Louis office where she supports the production team in the debt placement and closing process. Bonnie’s duties include research, due diligence, valuation analysis and organization of loan presentations.

Prior to Gantry, Bonnie has served as Senior Analyst for Q10 | Triad, where she contributed to commercial real estate financing since 1997. Prior to that, she worked for two commercial real estate development firms in St. Louis.

Bonnie has completed various continuing education courses in the industry, including MBA of America’s Commercial Underwriting course.
