April Mullins is a Loan Administrator at Gantry’s Portland, Oregon office, where she plays a vital role in the loan boarding process. Her responsibilities include analyzing annual insurance, financial statements, and property inspections, as well as ensuring compliance and maintaining the integrity of the lending process.
April’s professional journey began at age fifteen, where she developed a strong work ethic, responsibility, and a sense of urgency through various entry-level roles. By the age of eighteen, she became a licensed private investigator for a leading security and investigative company, sharpening her analytical and problem-solving skills.
April also gained significant experience in foreign trade, where she navigated key global events such as the 9/11 aftermath, the euro-currency conversion, and the Enron-scandal audits. Two years into her college career, she accepted a position with a prominent general contractor in the telecom site construction industry. Over the next seventeen years, she enhanced her management, accounting, and leadership skills.
In 2024, after completing her bachelor's degree in business administration/finance at the Anderson School of Management at University of New Mexico, April relocated to the Pacific Northwest and proudly joined the Gantry Inc. team. She continues to leverage her diverse expertise and attention to detail in loan administration, ensuring a smooth and compliant lending process.
