Andy Weiss is a Director in Gantry’s New York City office. He joined the firm in 2024 with seven years of Commercial mortgage brokerage experience.  Andy works with a variety of capital sources, including Gantry’s esteemed roster of institutional life insurance companies, CMBS lenders, banks, credit unions, and debt funds to fulfill the financing needs of CRE investors and developers.

Before joining Gantry, he was a founding member of a boutique commercial mortgage brokerage firm in NYC and prior to that was on the loan origination team at Marcus & Millichap. He started his career at PwC, where he was a senior associate overseeing transaction teams focused on new securitization issuances. He is a CFA Charterholder and a licensed CPA in the state of NY.
