Andy Bratt joined Gantry’s Orange County, California office in 2014. Soon after, in 2017, he was named as a Principal and proudly planted his roots in the growing firm. Andy works tirelessly on behalf of his clients and is well respected amongst his clients, industry peers, and the lenders he works with.


Andy started his career with Wells Fargo in 2003 as an analyst and transitioned to mortgage banking in 2004 with a Southern California based firm, where he was consistently a top producer.


Andy was eager to join the team at Gantry to build and grow in his career working with Life companies and across other verticals he hadn’t been able to support. He has been instrumental in arranging over $2.5B of multifamily, industrial, retail, office, and self-storage loans for a wide variety of clients ranging from institutional owners and developers, high net worth individuals, investment managers, and family offices. Transactions include construction, bridge, and permanent loans as well as joint venture structures.
